Will Call (Product Pick Up)

Olinger Distributing will allow retailers and dealers the opportunity to pick up orders at Olinger's dock (76th Street Take Location) in accordance with Indiana ATC quantity restrictions.

This applies to orders called in by customers and to those sent in by their sales representative. Customer payment terms and allowable payment methods are determined at the time of the will call order (see payment options noted below). No cash transactions are allowed for will call orders.

The same hours that apply to "Take Orders" will apply to these "Will Call" orders (see below). Retailers or dealers will have to present a drivers license and a copy of the ATC Permit (for alcohol) or Retailer/Dealer permit (for non alcoholic items) to the warehouse take coordinator verifying authorization for pick up.

 Will Call Maximum Quantity Limits (Per Indiana ATC):

  • Spirits 5 Cases
  • Wine 10 Cases
  • Non Alcoholic No Limit

  • Current "Net Due" Normal credit terms (15 days)
  • COD Check, Money Order, Certified Check
  • COD - Cash Only Money Order, Certified Check

 Will Call Pick Up Schedule:

  •  Open 8:00 am - 11:30 am 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  •  Previous Day Orders Available for pick up by 9:30 am the following day
  •  Same Day Orders Call in by 9:30 am Available for pick up by 1:00 pm
  • Call in by 1:30pm Available for pick up by 4:00 pm
