Moving Product Effectively.

With the ability to safely mount and demount bodies off of straight trucks, our warehouse capabilities have become greatly enhanced.

Around 7:00 pm orders begin getting picked and Demountable containers are loaded. Around midnight, semi-trucks with Demountable containers are on the road to Gary, Warsaw, Princeton, and Sellersburg. Arriving early in the morning, the Demountable units meet the local delivery trucks which arrive to pick up the units for delivery to customers in their areas. The semi-trucks head back with empty units to begin the process again.

With the elimination of downtime, our driver productivity has been greatly increased. Warehouse efficiency has also improved as we now have the ability to preload bodies without waiting for the delivery truck to return.
